Neil Thomas has significant experience in enhancing organization’s performance through results-driven financial plans and continuous operational improvements. Thomas also has strong leadership experience with a passion for team member development.

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Thomas is an integral member of the Executive Leadership team. In addition to overseeing the Finance, Accounting, and Billing departments, he will manage the Supply Chain and Logistics teams to enhance and streamline operations. Thomas will also work closely with the Sales organization to help ensure continued profitability and growth.

Thomas most recently spent over three years as the CFO at Novasyte Health leading the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Payroll functions before ultimately leading the sale of the organization to a Fortune 300 company. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at AMN® Healthcare. Thomas held various finance and operational roles at the organization culminating as Sr. Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy.

Thomas is a certified public accountant (inactive) in California and received his bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
