Rio and Randall’s Story
“We consider Millennium UDT℠ a key advantage, as it provides us with objective information to support a therapeutic alliance with each patient to help keep their recovery on track.“

Mario “Rio” McWilliams and Randall Kelly, PAC of Equinox Clinics recognized that coastal communities throughout Oregon were lacking in comprehensive, evidence-based, outpatient resources for individuals struggling with addiction and established their clinics to help meet that need.
Rio and Randall make the effort to educate patients regarding definitive testing and believe this open communication leads to better patient care.
Most of their patients receive medication treatment for substance use disorders, primarily methadone. The Equinox team gradually reduces patients’ methadone dosages to prevent withdrawal, which can be a very slow process. Some individuals experience psychosomatic symptoms as they go through withdrawal and get frustrated that they are not “getting better.” By taking the time to review Millennium Health’s RADAR® Reports with the patients, Rio and Randall offer patients the opportunity to play a key role in monitoring their own progress, which in turn, often helps the patients stay engaged in treatment. “We appreciate the support Millennium Health has provided throughout this pandemic.”
Randall adds, “The customer service and turnaround time has remained as strong as ever and we are thankful that we have been able to continue supporting our patients on their journey towards recovery.”
